I've never hated myself more than right now

I don't deserve the sympathy I'm trying to get for myself. It's my own fault that it's come to this. My ex, who was with me for the best 3 and a half years of my life, and who I have tried to be back together with countless times, has definitely moved on. And I haven't. She's got a really good job, busy schedule and, by the looks of things, a new man too. And what have I got? Nothing. And it's my own fucking fault. If I wasn't so lazy and stupidly unconfident in my own abilities to do anything, I might be where she is now, or at least I might have a job.
